Mary Lyn grew up in the Madisonville, Kentucky community. She graduated from Murray State University in 1993 with a degree in social work and a double minor in psychology and sociology. She is a licensed medical social worker and a licensed nursing home administrator.

Mary Lyn recently retired from the State of Kentucky, after 25 years of service. She has spent her entire career caring for children, adults, and veterans. Mary Lyn spent 16 years serving at the Western Kentucky Veterans Center in Hanson, Kentucky, a 156-bed skilled long-term care nursing facility.

Mary Lyn has been married to her husband, Mark, for 20 years, and he is an accountant. Together, they have one daughter, Marlee, who is a senior at Madisonville North Hopkins. She has attended Grapevine Baptist Church since she was a young child and is active in her church and local community, serving in various clubs and organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys “retail therapy,” reading, camping, and going to a variety of concerts. She has a passion for music and enjoys singing.

In Mary Lyn’s own words, “I am very blessed to have been selected to serve as the executive director at Oak Ridge Senior Living. I am excited about the next chapter in my life and continuing to serve others in this position. I welcome the opportunity to meet with those seeking assisted living and to share what Oak Ridge Senior Living has to offer. We have a long history of providing ministry with a passion in Madisonville and the surrounding areas. Dana entered the senior living industry over a decade ago as an assistant in a nursing and rehabilitation facility on a behavior unit. Dana’s career as an activities director began at Oak Ridge Senior Living in 2007.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in health and human performance, concentrating in exercise science and sports medicine from the University of Louisville and is an activity director certified through the National Certifying Council of Activity Professionals.

Dana spends much of her spare time attending and assisting with activities pertaining to church, her family’s small business, the University of Louisville Alumni Club, civic organizations, first responder support organizations, and military veteran organizations. Dana continues to study topics that relate to her profession.

Dana is the dietary manager at Oak Ridge Senior Living and she joined our family in October 1998. She has worked in food service for 34 years. Dana enjoys spoiling her residents by preparing their favorite meals and special requests!

Tracey is the manager of environmental services and maintenance at Oak Ridge Senior Living. She has been employed here since August 2006 after previous years of experience in the healthcare field.

Tracey has lived and worked in Hopkins County her entire life. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and attending Grapevine Baptist Church.
