Executive Director

Denise Casares (CST, CRST, CHL) is the Executive Director of Oak Ridge Senior Living. Denise has 44 years experience in the health care industry. Forty-one of them have been in Surgical Services with the local hospital and in private practice with different surgeons. Denise also has a Certificate of Mastery in Surgical Services Management, and won the Dr. William Gardner Award for Excellence.

Denise has been with Oak Ridge over 3 years and has enjoyed the challenge of getting to know the assisted living industry. She is very active in civic organizations in the community. Denise serves on the Board of Directors for the “very active” Rotary Club, an active member in the Business and Professional Women’s Organization and Chamber of Commerce. Denise is proud of the active role Oak Ridge has taken in the community. They received the Business Equity Award from the Business and Professional Women’s Organization in 2013. Denise is very active in her church, serving on various committees, member of the choir, and serves as the Greeting Coordinator.

Dana Weaver
Activity Director

Dana Weaver is the Activity Director of Oak Ridge. The profession of activities found her over a decade ago as an assistant in nursing and rehabilitation facility on a behavior unit. Dana’s career as an Activity Director began at Oak Ridge in 2007.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance concentrating in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine from the University of Louisville and is and Activity Director Certified through the National Certifying Council of Activity Processionals.

Dana spends much of her spare time attending and assisting with activities pertaining to church, her family’s small business, the University of Louisville Alumni Club, civic organizations, military and first responder support organizations, military veteran organizations. Dana continues to study topics that relate to her profession.

Dana Hallum
Dietary Manager

Dana Hallum is Dietary Manager at Oak Ridge. Her employment here began in October of 1998. She has been in food service for 34 years. Dana enjoys spoiling her residents with preparing their favorite meals and special request made by Residents.

Dana also takes care of her mother at home and her cats, Rob Thomas and Callie.

Tracey Pendley
Manager of Environmental Services and Maintenance

Tracey Pendley is the Manager of Environmental Services and Maintenance at Oak Ridge. She has been employed here since August of 2006 but has had previous years of experience in the health care field.
