Mary Lyn Troop
I grew up in the Madisonville, Ky community. I graduated from Murray State University in 93′ with degree in Social Work and have a double minor in Psychology & Sociology. I am a Licensed Medical Social Worker, ’97 and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, ’07. I recently retired from the State of Ky, after 25 years of service. I have spent my entire career caring for children, adults and Veterans. I have spent the past 16 years serving at the Western Ky. Veterans Center in Hanson, Ky., a 156 bed skilled long-term care nursing facility.
I am married to my husband Mark of 20 years, who is an Accountant. We have one daughter, Marlee who is a Senior at Madisonville North Hopkins. I have attended Grapevine Baptist Church since I was a young child. I am active in my church, and local community serving in various clubs and organizations. In my spare time, I enjoy “retail therapy,” reading, camping, and going to variety of concerts. I have a passion for music and enjoy singing.
I am very blessed to have been selected to serve as the Executive Director at Oak Ridge Sr. Living. I am excited about the next chapter in my life and continuing to serve others in this position. I welcome the opportunity to meet and discuss who those seeking Assisted Living and to share what Oak Ridge has to offer. We are the premiere Assisted Living facility in Madisonville. We have a long history of providing ministry with a passion in the Madisonville and surrounding areas. I will strive to continue this legacy and look forward to a long career with GoodWorks Unlimited.
Dana Weaver is the Activity Director of Oak Ridge. The profession of activities found her over a decade ago as an assistant in nursing and rehabilitation facility on a behavior unit. Dana’s career as an Activity Director began at Oak Ridge in 2007.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance concentrating in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine from the University of Louisville and is and Activity Director Certified through the National Certifying Council of Activity Processionals.
Dana spends much of her spare time attending and assisting with activities pertaining to church, her family’s small business, the University of Louisville Alumni Club, civic organizations, military and first responder support organizations, military veteran organizations. Dana continues to study topics that relate to her profession.
Dana Hallum is Dietary Manager at Oak Ridge. Her employment here began in October of 1998. She has been in food service for 34 years. Dana enjoys spoiling her residents with preparing their favorite meals and special request made by Residents.

Dana also takes care of her mother at home and her cats, Rob Thomas and Callie.
Manager of Environmental Services and Maintenance
Tracey Pendley is the Manager of Environmental Services and Maintenance at Oak Ridge. She has been employed here since August of 2006 but has had previous years of experience in the health care field.
